Spoke to Harold or Harry Price who was very rude when I tried to report I received a alarm that froze my screen. He said someone was connecting to computer asked if I had any enemies and wanted to charge me $200.00 I have only had the service since 2/2024.
I thought that the subscription was protecting me. I asked for a supervisor he told me no one would be available till next week. Unprofessional and I still am being exposed. I got another message tonight stating a Mac was connecting to my network I dont have a Mac.
