The technical support staff have been amazing, particularly Matthew and Kieran. I did, however, have a significant number of problems with my order initially, for the hard drive not being plugged in; to the LCD screen on the coolant system not working (this is still the case a month after buying the computer). All in all, a solid 8/10 for the tech support, maybe 3/10 for the build itself. Not quite sure what the 2 days in quality control were spent doing.
