“Have had many PCs built from avaxos and the website, ordering and delivery process work very well.
With this pc though I did have one small issue in that the lights on the case fans did bot work right away.
I do though have some experience with desktop PCs so i had to remove the sides of the case and make sure everything was plugged in, nothing was obviously out of place but after checking and putting the case back together the lights on the fans worked correctly and the pc has been running great since.”
“I like the ordering setup - ie configure a Pc online, see the cost changes as you make them, save and review. I had a payment issue, which I believe was due to my bank and the staff were very helpful. My Pc arrived as promised, on schedule and beautifully put together and packaged. Not sure what else I could hope for!”

“I got the pc and some parts weren’t eben screwed on and the pc case itself wasn’t even the right color, which is very disapointing because i dont like the black version of this case as much as i like the white version also the pc took 1 week longer to build than it should’ve and I had to wait over a month and a half to get it and also I cant open the pc because the lever that opens the tempered glass front is BROKEN SO I CANT EVEN GET OUT THE FOAM”
“I decided to configure my laptop to better meet my requirements, rather than just get something off the shelf. Pricewise, I think it was value for money as I didn't have to buy a generic laptop, then try to upgrade bits as and when I needed to. I did the same thing about 5 years ago with a desktop, which still works seamlessly!!! Fingers crossed for my laptop!!!”
“Previous experience (This is the 4th PC I have purchased from them) has shown them to be helpful and reliable. Their support team enabled me to specify the system I wanted despite some parts being unavailable at that time. All the parts were made available to meet my allocated build slot and the work completed within the advertised time frame. Delivery met the one hour time slot I had been given prior to delivery. The computer itself meets my expectations, the only downside is getting to grips with Windows 11.”
“They provide good high quality computers at the good price. Only thing that I felt could have been improved was it had taken a week longer than predicted when ordered even though it was simple build. Also they said they weren't able to fit the dual ARGB fan so they recommend to use their single ARGB fan, which I agreed on but because it was not compatible to the motherboard it does not change colours. If they had advised me on this then it would have been appreciated.”
“Took a little longer than expected to pick the parts, but once built, the pc arrived in 2 days. Very well packaged to ensure no damage in transit. The build was of a high standard, neat and tidy cabling and was very easy for me to add additional SSD's. overall the computer looks great and runs really well.”

“Simple order process and system built to my spec with no issues, better than some other sites which don’t spec the brand of items being installed and say item will be from a major brand supplier, prefer this system where i know exactly what brand and spec parts are being installed. Delivery was good, had the PC for a few weeks now and have no complaints.”
