“Graphics support bracket wasn't properly installed and the gpu fan kept hitting the bracket. Had to sort it out myself and the LED strips are installed unprofessionally. Apart from that everything was good.”
“i really liked how you could create your own things ect however, the finacning is awfull ended up taking two payments out of my account it was very lucky that it wasn't a massive expense so disappointed as that financing system is something that i do really need the customer service was lovley on avaxos side and was able to quickly reslove the situation . just a bummer that the finance side ruiend it.”
“I have to give a 3 based on my personal experience. My system didnt come in time despite paying fot 3 day fast track and Saturday delivery, it was ready to ship out at 9am Friday morning and didnt get dispatched until Monday so i got my system 3 days late. Also, whilst the system its self is flawless in performance, it makes some weird noises im sure it shouldnt be.
Customer service are really good tho, they gave me the refund straight away for not getting my fast track service and also offered everything they could to help sort my pc noises, but the only solution left is to return my system and have to wait another week for the repair and return. So im probably just going to deal with the noise for now.
All in all im somewhat happy but could have been better.”

On delivery the wi fi antenna was missing, which was frustrating and I ordered some on next day delivery through Amazon rather than wait for a replacement.
A few days after installation the back cooling fan started making a clicking noise. Customer service was helpful and have sent out a replacement- which is yet to arrive one week later.
Spending this kind of money on a custom built pc I’m disappointed at these issues. I expected a smoother service than this to be honest.”

Unfortunately I feel a bit let down. I asked for a two monitor system. Arrived with two monitors and hdmi leads but only one hdmi slot. Was made to feel like it was my fault by coroner service even though they designed the system for me from a brief email request. Once determined it was their fault they wanted me to pay for the extra lead. They were going to send a link to pay for it which never came. Had to go to Amazon in end. Pc is a 4star Customer service -2 stars”
“The technical support staff have been amazing, particularly Matthew and Kieran. I did, however, have a significant number of problems with my order initially, for the hard drive not being plugged in; to the LCD screen on the coolant system not working (this is still the case a month after buying the computer). All in all, a solid 8/10 for the tech support, maybe 3/10 for the build itself. Not quite sure what the 2 days in quality control were spent doing.”
