“Took longer to deliver than estimated and took >4 hours to load and do updates, when the enclosed said it would be 5 mins!
However, once up and running it is quick and all functions are operational.

Time to build and test took quite a while but partely because i had to wait for pre-order parts but once all the parts were in stock it still took almost 2 weeks to build test and ship. “Have had many PCs built from avaxos and the website, ordering and delivery process work very well.
With this pc though I did have one small issue in that the lights on the case fans did bot work right away.
I do though have some experience with desktop PCs so i had to remove the sides of the case and make sure everything was plugged in, nothing was obviously out of place but after checking and putting the case back together the lights on the fans worked correctly and the pc has been running great since.”

Only thing that I felt could have been improved was it had taken a week longer than predicted when ordered even though it was simple build. Also they said they weren't able to fit the dual ARGB fan so they recommend to use their single ARGB fan, which I agreed on but because it was not compatible to the motherboard it does not change colours. If they had advised me on this then it would have been appreciated.”
“Took a little longer than expected to pick the parts, but once built, the pc arrived in 2 days. Very well packaged to ensure no damage in transit. The build was of a high standard, neat and tidy cabling and was very easy for me to add additional SSD's. overall the computer looks great and runs really well.”
“I think overall it was really good. The only thing is the time of wating and the updates were slightly confusing where the total order time kept fluctuating. That may be factually what is happening but the way it is displayed is simply confusing. I did like the other verbal updates that went along with it.”
“Very pleased with the computer although it does get quiet hot despite fan upgrade. Delivery got very protracted 2 week passed their 7-9 days. Plus a compete lack of any paperwork, for any spec. or conformation of the upgrades ordered. They did offer a increase in hard drive size because of the delay but this seemed to slow things down even more.”
“Production and testing of the PC lasted more than expected. Once received noticed a faulty sound card on motherboard. It must go back to repair. Not the best issue considering 3 days of testing only 2 days before delivery. Customer service excellent.”

“After a disastrous dealing with computer orbit a few years ago, I wanted to try these guys and buy a new gaming PC.
My initial experience with Avaxos was pretty poor but only due to issues outside of their control. Thankfully after some frustrating waiting and troubleshooting, I finally have a PC from them that is an absolute dream in terms of hardware & performance, and honestly a great price compared to other Gaming PC companies. Great customer service, DHL pickup service is also extremely handy which I'm grateful for (when they decide to actually show up).”

“I ordered 2 mini-PCs and two screens. The order took a little longer than I expected, but that was not a big deal. It arrived in 2 packages (in the same delivery), so a little checking was required.
I have now completed the basic build of both machines. After they completed their initial startup, I ran Windows update, one got 7 updates, the other 5. The pre-installed apps on the task bar are different too. One has a shortcut for the XBox, the other doesn't. It's all rather strange. Both machines appear to be OK, and have the same spec, but one is also noticeable faster than the other.”
“Their team were very helpful and the PC is working a treat. The only reason I’ve given them 4 stars is that they missed out a bit of information about plugging in my existing SSD. That was quickly remedied though.”
