“I got the pc and some parts weren’t eben screwed on and the pc case itself wasn’t even the right color, which is very disapointing because i dont like the black version of this case as much as i like the white version also the pc took 1 week longer to build than it should’ve and I had to wait over a month and a half to get it and also I cant open the pc because the lever that opens the tempered glass front is BROKEN SO I CANT EVEN GET OUT THE FOAM”
“I decided to configure my laptop to better meet my requirements, rather than just get something off the shelf. Pricewise, I think it was value for money as I didn't have to buy a generic laptop, then try to upgrade bits as and when I needed to. I did the same thing about 5 years ago with a desktop, which still works seamlessly!!! Fingers crossed for my laptop!!!”
“Previous experience (This is the 4th PC I have purchased from them) has shown them to be helpful and reliable. Their support team enabled me to specify the system I wanted despite some parts being unavailable at that time. All the parts were made available to meet my allocated build slot and the work completed within the advertised time frame. Delivery met the one hour time slot I had been given prior to delivery. The computer itself meets my expectations, the only downside is getting to grips with Windows 11.”

Only thing that I felt could have been improved was it had taken a week longer than predicted when ordered even though it was simple build. Also they said they weren't able to fit the dual ARGB fan so they recommend to use their single ARGB fan, which I agreed on but because it was not compatible to the motherboard it does not change colours. If they had advised me on this then it would have been appreciated.”

The build was of a high standard, neat and tidy cabling and was very easy for me to add additional SSD's. overall the computer looks great and runs really well.”
