“Spoke to Lewis over the phone in customer service what a legend, helped me Reseat my GPU and Motherboard battery. Then also came through and helped clean up any issues with GPU drivers, great experience only took 40 mins to sort it all out. 5 stars from me amazing customer service.”
“This was my second PC from Avaxos over the past few years. My PC took about 11 working days to get to me and I was kept informed of the order progress throughout. I had cause to contact after sales support (nothing wrong with the PC, it was an issue I had caused myself), and the help I received from Charlie, the duty support guy, was second to none. “I think overall it was really good. The only thing is the time of wating and the updates were slightly confusing where the total order time kept fluctuating. That may be factually what is happening but the way it is displayed is simply confusing. I did like the other verbal updates that went along with it.”
“Very pleased with the computer although it does get quiet hot despite fan upgrade. Delivery got very protracted 2 week passed their 7-9 days. Plus a compete lack of any paperwork, for any spec. or conformation of the upgrades ordered. They did offer a increase in hard drive size because of the delay but this seemed to slow things down even more.”
“Production and testing of the PC lasted more than expected. Once received noticed a faulty sound card on motherboard. It must go back to repair. Not the best issue considering 3 days of testing only 2 days before delivery. Customer service excellent.”

“i really liked how you could create your own things ect however, the finacning is awfull ended up taking two payments out of my account it was very lucky that it wasn't a massive expense so disappointed as that financing system is something that i do really need the customer service was lovley on avaxos side and was able to quickly reslove the situation . just a bummer that the finance side ruiend it.”
“I have to give a 3 based on my personal experience. My system didnt come in time despite paying fot 3 day fast track and Saturday delivery, it was ready to ship out at 9am Friday morning and didnt get dispatched until Monday so i got my system 3 days late. Also, whilst the system its self is flawless in performance, it makes some weird noises im sure it shouldnt be.
Customer service are really good tho, they gave me the refund straight away for not getting my fast track service and also offered everything they could to help sort my pc noises, but the only solution left is to return my system and have to wait another week for the repair and return. So im probably just going to deal with the noise for now.
All in all im somewhat happy but could have been better.”
