Recently replaced my rtx3060 built from 4 years ago. Since that build was still going strong I decided to stick with avaxos and I've not been disappointed. New rtx 4090 build in a quiet case is incredible. Can barely hear that it's running and even under load I can't hear it sitting right beside me.
