Previous experience (This is the 4th PC I have purchased from them) has shown them to be helpful and reliable. Their support team enabled me to specify the system I wanted despite some parts being unavailable at that time. All the parts were made available to meet my allocated build slot and the work completed within the advertised time frame. Delivery met the one hour time slot I had been given prior to delivery. The computer itself meets my expectations, the only downside is getting to grips with Windows 11.
