I decided to configure my laptop to better meet my requirements, rather than just get something off the shelf. Pricewise, I think it was value for money as I didn't have to buy a generic laptop, then try to upgrade bits as and when I needed to. I did the same thing about 5 years ago with a desktop, which still works seamlessly!!! Fingers crossed for my laptop!!!
