I like the ordering setup - ie configure a Pc online, see the cost changes as you make them, save and review. I had a payment issue, which I believe was due to my bank and the staff were very helpful. My Pc arrived as promised, on schedule and beautifully put together and packaged. Not sure what else I could hope for!
