Absolutly rubbish service.
People in office are rude on the phone.
Thy not care about your problem.
They care about your money.
Aviva app,also web page are unaccesible ,phone lines are closed.
All they said is were working on it.
I cant manage my policy over 2mths now.
Absolutly rubbish.
Will be looking for other provider.
