Aviva used a false report in order to decline my claim they had up to date information but never removed the report.
Can only be for two reasons they did not believe what I said about the damage and they used the report as a concrete reason for declining my claim. Contacted Aviva CEO about their code of practice still waiting for an opinion won't be holding my breath. Up to this point it appears Aviva would use whatever to decline a claim. They may give me an answer but I'm not laying any bets.
