This is the worst company I have every dealt with
The phone line is inaccessible and website useless
They say they have sent on email when they haven’t
They do not make clear the details of restrictive covenants
They send documents to be filled in PDF which does not allow you to type on them without downloading in a different format .
They take up to 5 days to get back to you if you are lucky .
They just seem to do everything possible to paying out legitimate claims
