Had a flood in December, ankle deep
In water , first u do online with a robot ??? Then finally five weeks later send someone out , now being fobbed off with low payment which will not cover costs , and told I can only replace carpets with carpet right , so i wouldn’t be able to match carpets with the rest of house , if I go elsewhere they have told me I would get less?? How does that work . Still waiting for someone to call me , totally disgusted never claimed in sixteen years .
