This is AVIVA UK - No money after 25 years. This is AVIVA UK. After 25 years - our policy matures. It takes months to make a payout. Standard Life, with the same information and same 25 years policy - paid out much faster. AVIVA - keeps on coming back with extra questions before they pay out. Each questions is reasonable in itself. But they DO NOT ASK THE QUESTION. EVERYTHING GOES INTO "PAUSE". No questions so no answers - and so NO ACTION.... until a few more weeks pass by. The they say - they will pay out if we answer their questions... AS IF!!! DO NOT TRUST AVIVA with your endowment policies. Everything is is fine for 25 years as you pay in.
