Two full calendar months after my retirement date, 11 'phone calls, 4 emails and 2 postal letters have failed to get Aviva to process my pension that I've had for 32 years. Initially they couldn't give me a quote. Once they did, they've failed to process it. Their customer service, complaints and operational teams are disjointed and ineffective. They don't keep their promises or follow up on actions. Communications are abysmal. I am about to escalate this to the Financial Ombudsman. So much stress and effort spent on this and I'm still left out of pocket at a time when we all need every extra penny. Do not put your trust in Aviva! You'll regret it.
