Dreadful customer service.Been given the run around for two days.All i want is to cash in my pension!Spent over sn hour yesterday...third call!...waiting.Then was told that I would be called today and when was I not available.He said they would ring twice if they missed me.Lo and behold I was rung when I said I wasnt availabke and the two calls were within a minute of each other.I am fuming.
