Absolutely disgraceful. My parents put monies in a trust 16 years ago. I as a trustee am trying to cash the trust and distribute to the beneficeries. The original bond holder .... my mum.....now 88 is extremely distressed. Provided all documentation. I'd s etc . Aviva just prolonging the process. I'm on my 3rd set of paperwork to them now . I will be withdrawing all remaining monies ASAP.
