The worst health insurance ever , I’ve been in the past with BUPA (deserves 5 * )
They kept on phone over 3 hours to get an authorisation which in the end did not get
Customer service and skills extremely poor
No support
I wasted my day asking for something simple
Staff attitude beyond and above
