Never take out a life insurance policy with this company. My dad died when I was 4 and I have had this policy for 30+years, when I finally came to surrender 6 months ago.. I am still going through the process. Don't expect your funds to be liquid or issued in a timely manner. They actively delay the process and are not clear on what documents you need.
They even asked me for payslips to prove the insurance policy was mine... for my dead father who passed away 30 years ago?? Yes sure?!
Totally dodgy. AVOID! Don't pass on the stress to your family.
