absolutely disgraceful and nightmare to deal with!
I am a non customer and have had an accident which was not my fault. the issue has been ongoing for 8 weeks and I have had nothing but stress and unpleasant experience from the third party team. All providing contradicting information and making excuses to pay out.
This has caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
Disgusting company to work for.
