Awful experience, if a car drives on wrong side of road into you, but is with same insurance company, they settle it as a 50/50 fault, and they will refuse to look at black box, police reports, first on response, they admitted they won’t look into it even tho the drive admitted fault
Extremely unhappy with this insurance company
