We made an official written complaint about Aviva about a number of issues.
One of the complaints referred to damage caused to a roof made by a Surveyor that Aviva sent out to us.
The Complaints Dept simply refused to answer our complaints.
Disgraceful company.
The Claims Dept are very untrustworthy.
This was all extremely stressful, which included phonecalls to Aviva for 18 consecutive work days.
Do not use this company.
Onwards to the Ombudsman.
