I have contents insurance with them, about to become had. I have been paying them for years, no claims. The minute I had an accidental loss after filling the claim online they call and treat me like a criminal. Then again like a criminal. Eventually the claim moved on to a specialist who was nice. Now they said they won't pay because they are not sure I was the owner of my own ring. Despicable company. I will cancel today and follow all legal routes. Avoid!!
