My last name is 2 words.
Aviva cannot deal with a 2 word name, so keep calling me by the wrong name.
This doesn't offend me, I am not upset about it... but as it is 2025, I find this pathetic and I'd rather take my business to a proper grown-up company than suffer being called the wrong name as a matter of process in order to accommodate someone else's inadequacy.
Additionally there seems to be no way to talk to anyone at Aviva about this, so here I am. At least I know now before I have a more urgent need of customer support.
