Absolutely awful experience with Aviva Zero for my car insurance. So much so that after investigation by the Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd, I was awarded an amount in compensation for the appalling service received. This money was to be credited to my account by today, 27th May 2025.
Unsurprisingly, this has not happened and the matter will be escalated further.
