Don't Pension with Aviva. Difficult to Transfer Out.
I have pension with Aviva, and initiated a transfer out more than a month ago and the process is still not completed by Aviva. I followed up with multiple emails and heard no updates from Aviva. I called multiple times and customer service was not able to help. This is very bad experience for anyone who needs to transfer pension.
