The most unprofessional and suspect company I ever had the misfortune to deal with. They’ve offered an “unconditional” small sum of money (£125) after all the hassle they put me through but I only get that money if I do not complain to the financial ombudsman.
Avoid at all costs. There’s a reason why they have low star ratings on most websites
