Horrible service
My issue is that I am waiting for my policy documents for 3months!?!? So I tried to get in touch with Aviva.
Day 1:I try to call, and I am for 28 min in queue. Finally a member responds and advises me that I need another department but he will put me through. The next second he hung up the phone. I found another number to contact them, where voicemail message confirms that they can't answer due to training. I leave a message, and I am called back within an hour. The member of staff understands my problem, apologizing and promising to send my policy on email and the detailed docs by post.
Day 2: email still not received (hopefully other Doc's will be received by post?!). I try to get in touch with them, but of course, they are on training and can't answer the phone .....
At the moment still waiting for being called back.
