Been with aviva for a few years now. No problems. I had a small bumpin my car. My fault. Local garage quoted £250 to fix 3rd party car but after, the 3rd party had became aggressive and argumentative.
Spoke to aviva and thay took over the whole problem from me.
The only thing to add obviously my insurance went up the next renual, but every one on the phone was great, understanding and helpfull.
It was easy to contact them on phone
Thay are not the cheapest but from my experience, you pay for what you get.
