Car incident not my fault. Aviva have been messing me around for a year saying the other partly has not been in touch yet.
Your team should be perusing this case down the legal route ,when I have brought this up they say there nothing we can do.
If I could give a honest score it would be -0.
My advise is go with direct line and avoid this company.
