I enjoy speaking with Ian and some of the other repair techs on the phone. I've had good luck with parts and components I have ordered from AVNow and great service. Sometimes I wish that the turn-around time for repairs was shorter as many of our repair needs become "immediate" - Fortunately, I now have "back up" for most all of our audio eqpt and can have a little longer time before I need the items back.
