Fast and easy. I placed the order on a weekend, received a call on Monday or Tuesday letting me know they did not have the exact frequency I selected in stock, but suggested a different frequency based on my area. Product was shipped that day and arrived by the end of the week. It works great and all of my instructors want one now! Thank you!
