Service is friendly and helpful, ordering is quick and painless. As director of Group Fitness I order quite a bit of equipment. The one thing I am unsatisfied with is fixing/replacing of equipment that is under warranty. I sent back 4 E-mics for repair, paid the shipping and waited for them to be returned. All 4 mics are still not working. They should be fully replaced if unable to be fixed. At $200 a mic, throwing away $800 of equipment is unjustifiable so they continue to sit in my office unusable. I just purchased the bundle package for the new Samson Airline 88, hopefully this equipment is a durable as it is proposed.
