AV Now Fitness Sound has helped me tremendously. I am a Jazzercise Instructor. When I first certified a year ago, their website was so helpful and detailed in options available that I was seeking. When my headset went dead, it wasn't their fault. It was under warranty from the Manufacturer. They provided me my complete receipt I had misplaced to provide proof when and what I had ordered to have my mic replaced. Their follow up has been terrific and wanting to help me more if needed by me.
