I got great personal service from the service department as well as some help comparing individual items, since I was new to purchasing equipment for fitness classes! They answered any questions and put my mind at ease that I made the correct choice for my needs. Have been absolutely happy with my purchases and will buy from AV Now again (and tell others to as well)!
