My experience was somewhat frustrating, in that I had to wait about 7 weeks because the item ordered was on back order from the manufacturer. When finally delivered, you had sent the wrong part and it had to be returned. That said, the return was handled very quickly and easily and the correct part was delivered promptly. In the end, things turned our OK.
