Outstanding customer service! I left my name and number and received a call back shortly and my questions were answered by a friendly & informative representative. Also, my online Q's were answered immediately and that was very helpful in the ordering process. This was my first experience researching & ordering a wireless headset/mic & originally I was apprehensive about the whole process - however the representatives helped me make my decision - and I'm VERY pleases with my product!
