Under your 2 year warranty, I was able to have my microphone repaired to factory standard. The AZ company was very pleasant to work with and incredibly quick in repairing and returning my equipment. I purchased a new mic and another belt for back up. That order came in a timely manner. While I was on the AVNOW website, a customer service chat opened and the CSR was polite and helpful. I don't remember their name, sorry. Thank you for your professionalism.
