Our cycle studio was totally without a microphone for a few weeks while we waited for another company to determine whether our original microphone was warranted. Once I ordered the microphone from AV Now through Amazon, email responses and shipment were prompt, customer service was very courteous, and the microphone was recieved in 3 days! Thanks AV Now
