The company offers great products but client services is poor in general. Ordered two separate items. One of them was not available for immediate shipment, had to wait a week. No one reached out to let me know that the product is out of stock. I had to call in to find out why my order has not been shipped yet. Once my 2nd item became available, both items were shipped at the same time. I received my package within 2 weeks.
