I'm pleased with the product, because I have used the same headset before. But I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service, specifically shipping. I ordered a new headset (I am a GX instructor and we provide our own, my puppy chewed thru mine so I needed one ASAP.) I ordered on a Monday morning and the order said 3-5 days shipping. I did receive an order confirmation email that said I would receive a 2nd email when shipped. That never came. On Friday I sent an email to sales support asking about the shipping and it was not until then that they created a shipping label to send it out - I am able to track it so I know exactly the moment it was created and when I should be receiving my item. So, needless to say, I will not be receiving my item in 3-5 days like the website promised. So beware if you need something quickly, you may not get it in the time promised.
