I purchased a new mixer with a USB port to connect to my iPad. I didn't realize it was coming from a third party, but when I Inquired I was told they would get the shipping information from the third party so I could track. I received the information as promised. While setting up my new mixer I had some questions. I called twice and both times felt like I was getting the help I needed. Ken was great! I am still trying to get the sound just right as leaving my volume settings in place does not mean it will sound the same on my live feed each time.
