AV Now took the time to understand my needs and what equipment I already had available in order to make the most cost effective suggestion to accomplish what I wanted. They also took the time to help me set up my new equipment, with custom tailored photos in their emails and the offer of phone calls if that would be easier for me. They really have gone above and beyond.
