I set up an AV system for my Zoom classes using components from AVNow. The Samsun microphone gave me trouble after only one month. AVNow replaced it - no questions asked. After another 3 weeks, the replacement mic also gave me trouble (static, dropping the sound). Even though it was past the 30 day guarantee period they gave me a refund as long as I purchased another mic. (I upgraded to AudioFitness - it's working great!) Their customer service has been stellar. They were willing to work with me to make me happy. I received all of my shipments in less than a week.
