I cannot say enough about the customer service. Brad & John, I thank you for you patience and continued support. Thanks to the Alesis system w/ external speakers I just got up and running, my zoom classes are a much better quality for the participants. I can use my headset which makes it so much easier for me. Now I am not tethered to the laptop, everyone can hear me and the music without conflict. Honestly I'd rather not go back to my facility at all.....couldn't use a headset there!!!!
