Absolutely awful.
I wish I had read reviews before.
- Poor quality overall
- Awful customer service
- Unclear about delivery times (June 2021, Covid cannot longer be an excuse)
When you have an upset customer, you better avoid using ":)", apart from being unprofessional is quite grim.
