Something is going wrong at Awesome Merch. I hate writing negative reviews, but I’ve been a customer for a few years and this is not how they used to be. Orders take a long, long, long time. I’ve been waiting over a month for some sticker packs. T-shirts took over a month as well. T-shirts were sent in smaller batches as and when they were finished. I had one batch arrive missing an inside neck print - emails were ignored to have this rectified. Took 3 voicemail messages to have it followed up. The collection was missed 3 times and email responses were usually only after 2 emails (query and a query about the query). Something is going seriously wrong at AM, reluctantly we’ll be moving our business elsewhere. Maybe they’re overwhelmed with too much business (*mini violin*) because the reliability and follow-up customer service has gone down the pan. Greed has been placed over sustainable business practises imo and it can’t last at this rate.
