I have been a customer of this company for many years so I am extremely upset by the service I am experiencing. I ordered 50 pairs of drum-sticks for my small business (nearly £200) at the beginning of August 2022. It’s now November and still no sticks. My requests for a refund are being completely ignored and no-one will answer the phone or emails. A disgusting way to treat your loyal customers!
